Why Q4
TikTok Shop Just Had Its Biggest Quarter Ever. The Next One Starts In October.
Over the four-day Black Friday–Cyber Monday window, TikTok Shop US did more than $500 million in sales — its biggest BFCM ever. The year before, Black Friday itself was around $100 million. That is the curve you are stepping into, and it is being driven by creator content.
$500M+
BFCM sales
US TikTok Shop sales across the four-day Black Friday to Cyber Monday window — up from roughly $100M on Black Friday the year before.
+50%
More shoppers
About 50% more people bought something on TikTok Shop US versus the previous BFCM campaign. Not more scrolling — more buying.
+84%
Livestream growth
Sales growth for sellers and brands who hosted livestreams during the campaign. This is exactly why the Livestream System is on the agenda.
70%
Of GMV comes from affiliates
Affiliate creators drive up to an estimated 70% of US TikTok Shop GMV. The money moves through people like you.

October
The Ramp
TikTok's own holiday campaign now opens in mid-November, and brands start stacking creator budgets weeks before that. Products, content systems, and posting cadence get locked in now — before the wave hits.
November
Black Friday & Cyber Monday
TikTok Shop now accounts for more than 1% of all US Black Friday–Cyber Monday spending, against an Adobe-measured ~$44 billion total. Commissions compound for creators whose content is already live.
December
The Gift Rush
9 in 10 US TikTok users say they come to the app for holiday inspiration, and 1 in 3 say they need help finding gifts. Creators with momentum stack their biggest checks of the year here.
TikTok Shop only launched in the US in September 2023. It went from a new tab in the app to the largest social commerce event in US history in about two years — and it is still adding buyers faster than it is adding sellers who know what they are doing. The window is open. The only question is whether you walk into October with a plan. That is the entire reason the 6FC Chicago Mastermind exists.

Walk Out With Your Q4 Plan to Make $100,000
In one day, you’ll get in the room with six‑figure creators, install the six systems they actually use, and walk out with a Q4 plan you believe in and know how to run. You leave the Chicago Mastermind with momentum, conviction, and a clear path to make your own run at a six‑figure quarter.
The six systems
The Six Systems Behind a $100,000 Q4
Each one drives a different piece of your Q4 result. Dial in all six and the plan works. Miss one and the others cap out.
Transformation System
Coach Jordy
Become the version of you that can actually collect $100,000 in Q4. You'll define your "Q4 2.0" identity, reset your standards, and install the beliefs and behaviors six-figure creators run on so your actions finally match the income you say you want.
Time System
Coach Tim
Build a life and calendar that can handle a six-figure quarter without burning you out. You'll learn how to prioritize, say no, and structure your days so work, life, and Q4 output can all fit the same 24 hours without feeling like you're constantly behind.
Filming System
Coaches Dana + Jenna, with Coach Ruben
Shoot more winning videos in less time so you never fall behind on output. You'll plug in a batching routine, shot list, and workflow that lets you stack a full day of content in a couple hours and hit your daily post targets without burning out.
Product Selection & Scaling
Coach Faith
Stop guessing which products to push and hoping they hit. You'll use a simple scorecard to pick Q4 winners, test them in days instead of weeks, kill losers fast, and pour all your energy into the few products that can actually carry your quarter.
Livestream System
Coach Jordy, Coach Eden & Tim
Turn lives into planned cash events instead of random "go live and pray" sessions. You'll map a Q4 live schedule, plug in proven run-of-show formats, and set clear sales targets so every stream has a job and a number attached to it.

Guest Hotel
Hilton Chicago — And Both Social Events Are Inside It.
This is the part most people miss. Friday's networking night at 720 Bar & Grill and Saturday's 11:30 PM after party at Kitty O'Sheas are both inside the Hilton Chicago. If you stay here, you never need a late-night rideshare — you take an elevator. Attendees get an exclusive 6FC Mastermind rate of $249/night.

Logistics Questions
Flights, Transit And What To Pack.
The practical answers, with real numbers. There is exactly one journey the whole weekend: hotel to venue on Saturday. Everything else is inside the Hilton.
The one drive of the weekend
Hilton Chicago → Moonlight Studios
fastest route
The hotel sits in the South Loop and the venue is on the Near West Side — a straight shot west on I-290. Expect 14 to 17 minutes by car, longer at peak traffic. Leave the Hilton by 12:00 PM to make the 12:30 PM doors with room to spare.
Drive times shown are from a live routing estimate and vary with traffic. Splitting a rideshare with other attendees is easy and common.
From O'Hare (ORD)
Rideshare or taxi straight to the Hilton runs roughly $35–50 and 25–90 minutes depending on traffic — but it can surge past $140. The CTA Blue Line is $5 or less and about 45 minutes, runs 24/7, and the station is in the lower-level concourse connected to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 (Terminal 5 via the free ATS shuttle).
Source: CTA published airport fares and travel times
From Midway (MDW)
Rideshare or taxi is about $25–40 and 15–40 minutes. The CTA Orange Line is $2.50 or less and roughly 25 minutes into the Loop, with a direct enclosed walkway from the terminal — then a short walk or ride to the hotel.
Source: CTA published airport fares and travel times
Hotel → Venue (Saturday)
Uber or Lyft, about 14–20 minutes depending on traffic. Leave the Hilton by 12:00 PM to arrive at Moonlight Studios by 12:30 PM when doors open. Public transit works but needs a transfer plus a walk — rideshare is what we recommend, and it is easy to split a car with other attendees.
What should I wear?
Business casual. September 12 in Chicago normally reaches a high near 77°F and drops to about 59°F overnight, so bring a layer — the evening turns cool and the studio can run cold.
Source: National Weather Service Chicago normals, 1991–2020
When should I fly in and out?
Fly in Friday so you make the networking night at 720 Bar & Grill — that is where the collabs get made. Fly out Sunday. The after party runs 11:30 PM to 2:00 AM Saturday, so a Saturday night flight means missing the best part of the weekend.
What should I bring?
A notebook or laptop for building your plan, your phone and charger, and business cards or your handle ready to share. You are leaving with a written Q4 playbook, so come ready to actually write it.
What food and drinks are covered?
Friday at 720 Bar & Grill is a coordinated networking night and includes one drink voucher per person — beyond that, food and beverages are not included, so plan to order on your own tab. Saturday includes the seated mastermind dinner. At the after party there is no cover, but drinks are on you.
How much cash should I budget?
Beyond your ticket, budget for your hotel room at the exclusive 6FC rate of $249/night, transport, Friday night food and any drinks past your voucher, and your after party bar tab. Both social venues sit inside the Hilton Chicago, so you are not paying for late-night rideshares if you stay there.
Parking details will be shared once event parking arrangements are confirmed — rideshare is recommended for all guests. Your ticket does not include hotel accommodation; attendees book their own rooms at the exclusive 6FC Mastermind rate of $249/night. Ticket holders receive the full two-day run of show before the event.
Dress Code
Business Casual. Here Is Exactly What That Means.
You will be on camera, on stage and in photos with the coaches all day. Dress like the six‑figure creator you are about to become — polished, comfortable, neutral tones. Nobody needs a tie.
Wear this
Women: tailored trousers, midi or column skirts, knit tops, sheath dresses, blazers, flats or low pumps.
Men: button‑down shirt, knit sweater or short‑sleeve polo — untucked is fine — with chinos or tailored trousers, loafers or clean leather sneakers. A blazer is optional, never required.
Leave at home
Ties and full formal suits, hoodies, graphic tees, athleisure and gym wear, ripped denim, shorts, flip‑flops, beachwear, baseball caps.
Two notes
Stick to a neutral palette — cream, beige, camel, olive, brown, navy, black. It photographs best on our stage.
Bring a layer. The studio runs cool and the evening runs late — Chicago drops to about 59°F overnight in September.
Business casual applies all day, including the Friday networking night and the Saturday after party. Reference looks are illustrative styling examples, not required outfits.
